The Role
* Preparing detailed cost estimates and tender submissions for precast concrete projects
* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and contract documentation
* Conducting quantity take‐offs using Bluebeam
* Liaising with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal stakeholders
* Assessing project risks and identifying value engineering opportunities
* Maintaining estimating databases and pricing schedules
* Supporting project handovers to the delivery team
About You
* Previous estimating experience within precast concrete, concrete, construction, or related industries
* Strong proficiency using Bluebeam for quantity take‐offs and mark‐ups
* Ability to interpret engineering and construction drawings
* Strong commercial acumen and attention to detail
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
* A proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously
