Warehouse Assistant Job Summary
As a key member of the Plumbing Branch Team in Berrimah, you will be responsible for supporting plumbers and other tradespeople in accessing the products they need for building and renovation projects. Your tasks will include safe loading and unloading of supplier and branch vehicles/trucks, using your computer skills for order processing and stock administration, accurate receipting, checking and locating of goods, maintaining a high standard of general housekeeping within the warehouse and yard, and embracing the Reece Group values, policies and procedures.
Requirements
* Prior experience in warehousing, operating forklifts, and inwards goods is essential.
* Strong focus on safety culture is required.
* You should be proficient in using a computer and have the ability to learn new systems.
* Previous experience in leading teams and driving results would be highly valued.
* A valid forklift licence is preferred but not necessary if willing to obtain one.
