* Deliver engaging tutoring and teaching sessions to students, fostering a supportive academic environment
* Develop and update course materials in line with industry standards, ensuring relevance and effectiveness
* Assess and mark student assignments, exams, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback for growth
* Facilitate interactive learning experiences, moderating discussions and promoting critical thinking
* Contribute to curriculum development, continuously improving the quality of our programs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* AQF+1 qualification in a relevant field
* Strong knowledge and understanding of current scholarship in a relevant field
* Proven excellence in teaching at the tertiary level, with a clear teaching philosophy aligning with UniSC's and SBCI's missions and values
* Ability to deliver student-centered learning experiences, using diverse teaching methods to engage students in online and on-campus workshops
* Understanding of student well-being, promoting a positive classroom culture and safe, inclusive learning environment
* Knowledge of standard-based assessment and evaluation methods, providing constructive feedback to support student learning
* Excellent interpersonal skills and effective communication abilities
