We are seeking an experienced baker who is:
Creative and quality driven
Commercially minded with strong operational awareness
Good understanding of sourdough bread, cakes and savoury production
Passionate about leading and developing teams
Minimum 5+ years of team leadership experience is required
Qualifications in commercial cookery preferred
Calm, organised and hands‐on in a fast‐paced environment

Working closely with company directors, you will:
Lead bakery teams
Oversee production across sites
Develop seasonal and signature products
