What We're Looking For
* Bachelor's degree in any field (required).
* 1–2 years of proven success in sales (recruitment or B2B preferred).
* Entrepreneurial drive with a vision for building a team or growing into an Account Director role.
* High integrity and a natural ability to build long‐term partnerships.
* Strong self‐motivation and independence, balanced with team collaboration.
* Common sense and the resilience to handle disappointments while celebrating wins.
Your Responsibilities
* Source and place locum healthcare professionals into contract roles nationwide.
* Work closely with government clients and manage vacancies across national contracts.
* Cultivate lasting relationships with clients and high‐calibre candidates.
* Consistently meet and exceed sales targets in a fast‐paced, high‐reward environment.
* Participate in team events and contribute to our collaborative culture.
