Role Overview

Location: Dubbo, NSW, Australia. Fixed term, 12 months, part‐time – 3 days per week at the Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) Dubbo site.

Key Responsibilities

* Work with a varied client caseload, with approximately 75% of clients living with cerebral palsy or similar conditions, and the majority being paediatric (0‐18).
* Allocate approximately 70% of the week onsite at the Gipp Street centre and the remainder offsite supporting client appointments in home, school, or community settings.
* Deliver individualised speech‐language‐pathology services, including assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring.
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and other allied health professionals.
* Participate in clinical supervision and peer‐review sessions, both onsite and virtual.
* Mentor and support new graduates and students if desired.

Qualifications & Requirements

* Relevant qualifications in Speech Pathology.
* Evidence of current SPA registration or willingness to attain it.
* Valid driver's licence.
* Physical capability to meet medium‐level functional requirements of the role.
