Conversion Rate Optimization Specialist
This is a hands-on, data-driven role where your insights and experimentation will directly influence business growth and customer satisfaction.
The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in CRO, ecommerce optimization, or digital experimentation. A proven track record of running A/B tests and improving website performance is essential.
We're looking for someone with strong analytical skills and a structured approach to problem-solving. Proficiency with Shopify, GA4, and CRO tools such as Optimizely, VWO, or Visually.io is a must.
About the Role:
* Develop and execute a CRO strategy and roadmap to improve conversion rates and revenue.
* Lead A/B and multivariate testing initiatives from hypothesis to implementation and reporting.
* Analyze customer behavior using tools like GA4, MS Clarity, and Triple Whale to uncover friction points and opportunities.
A background in fast-moving fashion or retail brands will be highly regarded. This is a Hybrid role requiring excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
