We are seeking a Principal Consultant to help lead the consulting team, as well as individual project teams. Key aspects of this role include:Providing thought leadership to guide projects and the organisation as a wholeContributing to business planning and strategic directionProviding evaluation excellence and high-level quantitative methods, including capacity development of the team and staff, innovative methodologies and contribution to the fieldProject oversight, management, leadership and deliveryBusiness development, including proposal writing, networking, stakeholder relationships and ensuring projects suits our skills, needs and interestsStaff management (on projects)Contributing to branding / and profileMaintaining professional knowledge, skills and upholding standardsContributing to processes, such as chairing and minuting staff meetings, attending client meetings, administration tasks for management of proposals and projects, sharing learnings.Candidates must have a minimum of 5-7 years of evaluation experience to be considered for this Principal Consultant role.A minimum of 3-5 years of team leadership or management experience is required to effectively lead the consulting team.A Master's degree is the minimum education qualification required for this Principal Consultant position.#J-18808-Ljbffr
