Band 5 Salary Range: $40.89 -$47.01 per hour plus 12% Superannuation

About the Role

As a Bar Supervisor with Latrobe City Council, you will oversee the bar operations aligned with show times to provide a high-quality experience during service periods (pre-show, interval, post-show) of events held at Council's creative venues with a focus on Gippsland Performing Arts Centre (GPAC).

The Box Office Supervisor you will Lead and support the Bar Operations team with confidence and clarity, maintaining a welcoming atmosphere during performances whilst collaborating closely with Front of House, Box Office, and production teams to deliver exceptional customer service.


You will need:

* Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
* Demonstrated experience in the provision of high-level customer service in a bar setting.
* Skills to effectively supervise and lead a small team.
* A strong understanding of Performing Arts venues.
* Stakeholder management experience ability to communicate with external stakeholders, ordering of stock and materials required.
* Ability to work weekends and evenings as rostered.
