This is a Fixed Term Full Time appointment until 30/06/2027 with the possibility of extensions and/or a permanent role.
The role is primarily a Change Manager, while explicitly incorporating project delivery accountability and agile team leadership.
Responsibilities
* Ensure change impacts are identified, managed and embedded throughout project delivery, supporting sustainable outcomes and benefits realisation beyond project completion.
* Lead and support the delivery of multiple ICT data management and engineering initiatives within a complex government environment, applying strong change management capability alongside hands on project delivery to achieve measurable outcomes.
* Drive successful change adoption by embedding agile and contemporary ways of working across multidisciplinary teams, while providing practical, outcome focused advice to senior stakeholders to resolve issues, manage dependencies and minimise delivery risk.
Eligibility and Requirements
