About the Role
At BDO (NTHQLD), we are seeking proactive and highly motivated Senior Auditors to join our Cairns and Townsville offices.
Working closely with Partners and Managers, you will manage key components of audit engagements, foster strong client relationships, and contribute to the quality, efficiency and continuous improvement of our audit processes. You will apply sound professional judgement, provide technical guidance to others, and support the development of a high‐performing audit team.

Qualifications and Experience
* Tertiary qualification – Bachelor of Business/Commerce (Accounting) or equivalent.
* Minimum one year experience in a similar role.
* Ability to think critically, challenge assumptions and solve problems.
* Self‐starter with a detail‐oriented approach.
* Professional presentation with a friendly manner and proactive attitude.
* Strong IT and computer skills; ability to embrace new technology and adapt quickly.
* Professionalism, confidentiality and discretion.
* Ability to manage own workflow effectively.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Experience working in a fast‐paced and deadline‐driven environment.
