We're looking for an Administration Officer – Billing and Funding to join our Finance team and play a valued role in ensuring our billing and funding processes are accurate, compliant and customer‐focused.

What you will be doing

This role provides essential administrative support across customer billing, funding and finance teams. You'll support the end‐to‐end management of funding claims, reconciliations and customer billing across multiple aged‐care funding programs.

Your work helps ensure Suncare meets its regulatory obligations while delivering a respectful, clear and positive experience for our customers.

* Act as a first point of contact for customer enquiries relating to billing and funding
* Support accounts receivable processes, including taking payments and responding to enquiries
* Complete reconciliations for customer statements, funding and clearing accounts
* Support debt collection and payment arrangements in line with policies and customer agreements
* Maintain accurate financial records and strong data integrity across systems
* Complete banking activities and general ledger reconciliations as required
* Accurately record customer complaints in line with quality and compliance processes
* Support continuous improvement across billing, funding and finance processes
* Contribute to team meetings, learning and shared success

You're organised, detail‐focused and enjoy working with systems and processes. You take pride in getting things right, enjoy helping others, and feel confident juggling multiple tasks in a busy, supportive environment.

* Experience in administration, billing, finance or a similar role
* Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
* Confidence using Microsoft Office and willingness to learn new systems
* A positive, flexible and collaborative approach
* The ability to work independently while contributing to a team
* A customer‐focused mindset aligned with Suncare's values of respect, inclusion and empathy
* Experience in aged care, disability or community services (desirable but not essential)
