Type : Part-Time Term : Temporary Position Details SPECIAL PROJECTS OFFICER (Resource Audit Archiving) Status: Part-time – One day - 6-month contract Commencing: By negotiation Kolbe Catholic College seeks a Special Projects Officer (Resource Audit Archiving) to lead a comprehensive review of college resources.
This role involves cataloguing and documenting items across all storage areas, ensuring accurate records and organisation.
Key responsibilities include completing the scanning of previous College annuals, auditing resources in multiple locations and maintaining a detailed spreadsheet of items and their storage points.
The successful applicant will also assist in labelling and organising spaces, liaise with staff to incorporate resources into displays and programs, and collaborate to ensure correct categorisation of historical and contemporary materials.
Applicants should demonstrate strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent written and verbal communication.
