Accounts Administrator Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Accounts Administrator to manage our financial operations.

* Process and settle invoices, claims, and other accounts payable transactions with precision and accuracy.
* Maintain the company's bank account and credit card reconciliations in accordance with established procedures.
* Ensure all subcontractor work health and safety compliance records are up-to-date and accurate.

Candidates for this role should possess a Certificate III in Financial Services or relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite software is essential. Experience with Xero or MYOB Accounting Software, as well as strong interpersonal skills, is highly valued.
