About the Position
In this newly created position, reporting to the Head of PMO, you will ensure the successful delivery of technology and business transformation initiatives across PRP—with a clear focus on the people side of change. At a project level, you will be responsible for developing and implementing structured change management activities, including communications, stakeholder engagement, readiness, and training, to ensure that all employees understand, adopt, and embed new systems and processes. You will apply established methodologies pragmatically to support project managers and business leaders, translating change principles into practical, contextually relevant actions that deliver measurable adoption.
You will significantly contribute to the coordination and alignment of change strategies across PRP's growth and transformation portfolio. This includes supporting consistency of approach and communication across concurrent initiatives to ensure an integrated and cohesive experience for stakeholders.
About You
You will have significant experience in change management and supporting complex multi-site environments. Utilising your knowledge of change management methodologies, you must have the ability to design and implement change management plans that encompass stakeholder engagement, communication, training and readiness activities that balance structured methodology with situational judgement. Using your strong business acumen, you will bridge strategy and execution to deliver lasting impact across PRP's technology and operational programs.
With experience working within a strong governance structure, you will have demonstrable experience of playing an integral role in helping to scale a business and have a Now, Next, Later approach. You must be able to demonstrate your ability to influence and build relationships with across a diverse range of stakeholders including clinicians, medical professionals and corporate teams.
