**The Role**
Working full time standard business hours (8:30am - 4:30pm) and reporting directly to the Operations Manager, you will be on the showroom floor and responsible for providing top quality customer service and advice.
Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting as a first point of contact
- Answering phone calls
- Assisting the Warehouse
- Handling and fulfilling customer orders.
- Raising PO's and sales orders
- Handling NDIS funding documentation
**You**:
- You will be a self-starter with high energy and the ability to work on your feet
- Have a bright and bubbly personality that can work well in a team or individually
- Be empathetic and patient when dealing with clients.
- Great communication and time management skills
- Have basic computer skills
- Any exposure to NDIS documentation would be an advantage
- NDIS screening check a must
