We're seeking a Project Manager to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in the successful delivery of landmark artworks across Australia and abroad.
The Role
As Project Manager, you'll coordinate all logistical and administrative aspects of our projects - from early planning through to installation and project close-out. You'll be the key link between clients, artists, engineers, production teams, and installers, ensuring every detail is delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
- Liaise with clients to manage permits, inductions, and access requirements
- Manage project budgets, from cost planning to final project reconciliation
- Coordinate transport, travel, equipment, and crew bookings
- Prepare project documentation including risk assessments, site plans, and engineering certifications
- Support in office delivery with clear schedules and handovers
- Work closely with our Production Manager, designers, and technical partners to ensure smooth project execution
About You

- Strong project management experience (arts, events, construction, or related industries)
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Confidence working with budgets, timelines, and compliance requirements
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
- An interest in art, design, or technology is highly regarded
