About the role
Windsor Toyota is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Spare Parts Salesperson/Interpreter to join our team in Windsor. This is a full‐time position that will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and supporting the sales and operations of our busy Toyota dealership.
What you'll be doing
* Providing friendly and knowledgeable assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to identify and source the correct Toyota spare parts and accessories.
* Interpreting technical specifications and part numbers to ensure accurate order fulfillment.
* Building strong relationships with customers and developing an in-depth understanding of their vehicle and parts needs.
* Maintaining detailed inventory records and stock levels to optimise availability and minimise back‐orders.
* Collaborating with the service and sales teams to provide a seamless customer experience.
* Supporting the overall sales and operational objectives of the dealership.
What we're looking for
* Proven experience in a similar spare parts sales or customer service role, preferably within the automotive industry.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and provide exceptional customer service.
* Strong problem‐solving and analytical skills to accurately identify and source the correct parts.
* Proficiency in interpreting technical specifications and part numbers.
* Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate inventory records.
* A passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to contributing to the success of the dealership.
