An exceptional prospect has become available for an Executive Assistant to join a well known global brand at their corporate head office located in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne. This is a 12-month fixed term contract and you will be required to work Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week.
Key responsibilities:
Scheduling meetings, taking minutes, generating, and presenting analytical reports for the CFO and Head of HR.
Be the first point of contact for the CFO and Head of HR, screening calls, and representing the departments with a high level of professionalism.
Developing, coordinating, and planning major activities and events.
Diary management, travel, and accommodation coordination.
Assisting with financial aspects of the business and developing strategies.
Act as a coordination point for HR team activities.
Negotiate with suppliers in relation to services, materials, and products.
Raising purchase orders and ensuring stationary stock is maintained.
General administrative tasks and duties as required.
The Executive Assistant will need to manage competing timelines and interpret priorities. It is imperative that you hold an unparalleled level of professionalism, organisational skills and the ability to multi-task. You will be required to have proven effective communication skills amongst all levels of staff, with advanced skills using Microsoft Office and an ability to work autonomously and part of a team.
