Experienced All Rounder Operators and Supervisors
Syncline Haulage Pty Ltd is seeking experienced All Rounder Operators and Supervisors to join our dynamic mining operations team in Tom Price, Western Australia. This is a contract position offering the opportunity to be part of a dedicated and skilled team in a fast‐paced, challenging mining environment.
For Supervisor roles, a minimum of 6 months to 1 year of supervisory experience is required.
What you'll be doing
* Operate a variety of heavy mining equipment such as haul trucks, excavators, dozers and graders
* Perform routine maintenance and pre‐start checks on equipment
* Monitor equipment performance and identify and report any issues
* Provide on‐the‐job training and supervision to junior operators
* Ensure all work is carried out in a safe and efficient manner
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of mining operations
What we're looking for
* Experience operating heavy mining equipment
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Demonstrated commitment to workplace health and safety
* Current WA HR driver's license and HR mining equipment competencies
* Specific heavy mining equipment competencies required include excavator, water cart, grader, dozer, and loader operations
