We're looking for a hands-on Industrial Designer who thrives on turning digital concepts into finished physical pieces.
You'll collaborate closely with our Production Manager in a process-driven workshop that values precision, creativity, and efficiency.
What You'll Do
Prepare and optimise 3D models for fabrication
Operate and maintain resin and filament 3D printing systems
Work with CNC machinery for patterns, tooling, and production components
Assemble and finish parts to a qualified exhibition and film-ready standard
Maintain workshop documentation, systems, and production logs
Assist with design development and project preparation across a range of fabrication disciplines
What You Bring
Qualification in Industrial Design, Product Design, or Digital Fabrication, or equivalent practical experience
Robust understanding of 3D modelling and digital-to-physical workflows
Hands-on experience with additive manufacturing and workshop processes
Excellent attention to detail and a methodical approach to documentation
Comfortable working within a small team and a physical workshop setting
Nice to Have
Finishing or scenic experience for display-quality projects
Experience contributing to production planning and quality control
Interest in prop making, design for fabrication, or experiential design
