Administration Assistant

We are actively pursuing carbon capture and storage opportunities to provide a cleaner upstream business for Ichthys LNG.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide administrative and reception support to the INPEX Darwin office.
* Answer, screen and forward calls for INPEX staff and take messages where required.
* Provide visitors support whilst in the Darwin office and assist the Senior Administration Officer with arrangements for visitors.
* Assist the Senior Administration Officer with NT Office inductions for visitors.
* General administrative duties including typing, scanning, copying, filing and binding.
* Collect, sort, and distribute mail and newspapers including the circulation of industry periodicals and magazines for internal review.
* Take, type, and distribute minutes from meetings, as requested.
* Assist and book travel arrangements for Darwin staff.
* Control and order stationery and office consumables and equipment.
Qualifications
* Advanced skills in Microsoft Office.
* Good communication skills, both oral and written.
* Strong organisational skills.
* A strong customer‐service mindset.
* Hold a current Australian driver's licence.
Location
This role is for applicants residing in or willing to relocate to Darwin.
