We specialize in B2C sales, providing high-value construction equipment to individual buyers. As we continue to expand, we are looking for Sales Representatives to join our team and take advantage of our high-quality inbound leads, strong training programs, and fast career progression opportunities.
Your Role
Convert inbound leads into sales – No cold calling required
Engage with customers, understand their needs, and recommend suitable products
Achieve and exceed sales targets while delivering excellent customer service
Follow up with interested buyers and maintain a structured sales pipeline
Use CRM software to manage customer interactions and track performance
Who We Are Looking For
Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
Sales-driven mindset with the ability to work towards and exceed KPIs
Previous experience in sales, retail, automotive, or high-ticket consumer sales is a plus
Fluent in Mandarin is preferred but not required
Self-motivated, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast-paced setting
