We're looking for an Assistant Director of Food & Beverage to help lead this energy across our venues — someone who understands service as theatre, detail as instinct, and hospitality as a feeling guests carry with them long after they leave.
This is a hands‐on leadership role for a commercially minded operator with a strong creative pulse. You'll work closely with venue leaders, culinary teams and hotel leadership to shape experiences that feel effortless, locally connected and distinctly ANdAZ.
What You'll Do
* Support the strategic and day‐to‐day leadership of all Food & Beverage operations
* Drive service excellence across restaurants, bars, and in‐room dining
* Lead, mentor and inspire venue teams with confidence and care
* Evolve concepts, programming, rituals and guest experiences
* Monitor performance across labour, revenue, profitability and guest satisfaction
* Champion a culture of creativity, accountability and genuine hospitality
* Maintain exceptional standards across service, presentation and operational execution
* Support recruitment, training and succession planning across the division
What We're Looking For
* Proven leadership experience within luxury hotels or premium lifestyle venues
* Strong operational knowledge across multi‐outlet Food & Beverage environments
* A natural leader with high emotional intelligence and presence on the floor
* Commercially astute with experience managing budgets, forecasting and performance metrics
* Passion for contemporary dining, beverage culture and guest experience innovation
* Ability to move fluidly between strategy and service
* Calm under pressure, highly organised and solutions focused
* You must already have current and ongoing working rights for Australia
