Research Innovation Fellow
We are seeking a highly motivated Research Innovation Fellow to contribute to innovative, lived-experience informed research transforming psychosocial and cognitive care.
This role offers a unique opportunity to engage extensively with project investigators across clinical sites, undertake high-quality research/scholarly activities independently, and lead the development of ethics applications and site research governance approvals with local health authorities.
Key Responsibilities:
* Engage extensively with project investigators across clinical sites.
* Undertake high-quality research/scholarly activities independently, and in collaboration with national project investigators.
* Lead the development of ethics applications and site research governance approvals with local health authorities.
* Provide overall management of the project and undertake associated high-level administrative activities.
* Develop spreadsheets and databases to keep accurate documentation and record of processes and decisions.
Requirements:
* A PhD (or near completion) or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
* A good record of, and continuing commitment to, research in the field of clinical research, psychology or neuropsychology, and/or translational research, that can be applied to TBI.
* Demonstrated experience in the management of research projects involving individuals with lived experience of TBI or similar neurological condition.
* Experience in conducting high quality scoping and systematic reviews and in rating research quality.
