We are seeking a diligent and resourceful Production Specialist to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
* To improve production efficiency by analyzing yields/defect rates and implementing corrective measures.
* Manage maintenance budgets, focusing on spare parts management and cost control.
* Solve problems using engineering methods and techniques, maintaining strong communication with technical support teams.
* Prepare engineering studies and develop new designs for equipment, utilities, and process systems.
Requirements
* An engineering degree in Mechanical, Electrical or related fields.
* At least 2 years of experience in a production facility or medical device manufacturing industry.
* Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail.
* Project management and technical engineering skills.
* Optical qualification or understanding of Optics is highly desirable.
