The role is responsible for developing engaging content across newsletters, social media/digital platforms to promote volunteering opportunities and highlight the impact of volunteers in the community
The role
Charity members of Volunteering Gold Coast will be enhanced by developing engaging written/visual content that promotes volunteering and community impact. The volunteer will coordinate monthly newsletters for volunteers and VIO's, plan and schedule social media content across digital platforms, support campaigns such as National Volunteer Week and Volunteer Awards, contribute to creative ideas for increasing engagement and identify trends and opportunities to improve communication effectiveness.
Need to know
Strong written communication and storytelling skills, and in creating content for newsletters/social
