This unique opportunity allows you to take on diverse facility management projects across various property types, with engagements ranging from short-term assignments to extended contracts based on client needs and your availability.Our FM on Demand model provides the flexibility to accept assignments that suit your schedule—whether that's a few days, several weeks, or longer-term projects. You'll work with different clients across various sectors, building your experience while maintaining control over your professional commitments.Key Responsibilities:Manage client relationships and service deliveryEnsure property compliance with regulations and safety standardsOversee planned and reactive maintenance programsManage third-party supplier relationships and contractor performanceAssist in budget management and cost optimizationContribute to sustainability initiatives and ESG objectivesRequirements:7-10 years property management experience or 5+ years in related fieldFM or technical qualifications preferred (BIFM, RICS, or equivalent)Strong communication and problem-solving skillsProficiency in Excel, CAFM systems, and data analysisValid driver's license and willingness to travel across assignmentsExperience managing critical environments (data centers, healthcare, etc.)We're looking for a motivated self-starter with:Proven track record in implementing FM best practicesAbility to prioritize competing demands across multiple sitesExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsStrategic thinking with hands-on problem-solving capabilitiesThis role offers work-life balance and the autonomy to shape your career path.
