Administration Support Officer Role
This is a part-time, fixed-term role based at our campus.
* The successful applicant will provide high-quality administrative support to the management team, ensuring the smooth operation of procurement and logistics functions while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and customer service standards.
* Well-developed skills with Microsoft Office are required.
* The ability to learn and operate purchasing software programs and Accounts Payable software is also essential.
* Deliver high-quality administrative support to the management team.

* Develop and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders.
* A good understanding of administration tasks.
* Well-developed time management and organisational skills.
* An ability to relate, build and maintain rapport with a wide variety of people and professionals in public health.
* A good understanding of inbound supply chain, contracts and procurement within a public health setting.
