The Sink Warehouse is seeking an experienced and hands‐on Warehouse Controller to lead daily operations at one of our primary distribution centres in Cockburn Central.
This is a key leadership role responsible for inventory control, warehouse efficiency, store replenishment and team coordination. The successful applicant will be highly organised, confident operating forklifts at heights of up to 14 metres, and capable of managing both warehouse operations and administrative tasks.
Key Requirements
* Extensive forklift experience, including high‐reach racking up to 14 metres
* Strong warehouse and inventory management experience
* Excellent computer and inventory system skills
* Proven leadership and team management ability
* Experience coordinating deliveries and stock transfers
* Strong communication and problem‐solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast‐paced environment and lead by example
* Hands‐on attitude with a willingness to assist in all warehouse functions
What you will be responsible for
* Managing daily warehouse operations
* Supervising warehouse staff and pickers
* Maintaining stock accuracy and inventory control
* Coordinating deliveries to stores across WA
* Receiving and allocating incoming stock
* Ensuring warehouse safety and efficiency
* Monitoring productivity and performance
* Liaising with stores, suppliers and management
