Job Description:
The successful candidate will work closely with our client base, identifying opportunities to grow and retain portfolios, and providing expert advice on risk management strategies. Key responsibilities include developing effective client relationships, identifying risk opportunities, shaping strategic direction, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver best-in-class risk solutions.
Requirements:
* Minimum 3-5 years' experience in general or financial lines insurance broking
* Tier 1 Insurance Broking qualification or higher
* Clear communication skills
* Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
* Time management skills
* A full and valid driver's license and own vehicle
