Operating across a wide network of adult clinics, school dental clinics, and mobile dental vans throughout Central Queensland, the team supports communities from Rockhampton and Gladstone to Emerald, Biloela, Woorabinda, and beyond. About the role:
* Deliver high-quality Dental Therapy/Oral Health Therapy services to eligible patients within your professional scope of practice.
* Promote oral health and preventive care through education and engagement at both individual and community levels.
* Provide advanced clinical expertise, mentoring, and support to less experienced clinicians.
* Primarily deliver dental care to children and adolescents through fixed and mobile dental clinics, improving access across schools and communities.
* Contribute to adult dental services where appropriate, based on qualifications, approved scope of practice, and service needs.
About you:
* Possession of a Bachelor of Oral Health / Dental Therapy (or equivalent) and registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA).
* Radiation Use Licence issued under the Radiation Safety Act 1999, with an appropriate authority is mandatory.
* Bring your extensive oral health therapy knowledge, clinical expertise, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and risk management in a healthcare setting.
* Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with experience supervising staff and collaborating effectively across all levels.
* Bring your proven commitment to continuous professional development, clinical excellence, mentoring, and leading service improvements to support positive patient and team outcomes.
What we offer:
* Total remuneration value of up to $157,359 p.a. is comprised of:
* An hourly rate between $64.64 - $69.55 p.h.
* 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
