Our client, a well‐established engineering company providing high quality products, is looking for a full‐time skilled Engineering Technologist to join their team.
Your role will include analyzing and modifying new and existing engineering technologies to engineering projects.
Responsibilities
* Design and engineering of fabrication products
* Using CAD software to create technical drawings and specifications
* Ensure the feasibility of designs in manufacturing
* Assisting in the resolution of various engineering related issues
* Use Microsoft 365 and other technical software for engineering and communication processes
* Material selection for fabrication
* Evaluating production processes
* Ensuring compliance with safety standards and industry regulations
* Preparing technical reports, manuals, and documentation for products and processes
* Providing technical advice to clients
* Assisting the sales and marketing teams with product knowledge and specifications
Qualifications
* Skill commensurate with a bachelor degree or higher qualification
* At least 1 year of experience working as an engineering technologist or similar occupation
* Problem‐solving, analytical, and communication skills
* Ability to work in a team
Compensation
You will be paid between $66,000-$77,000 p.a. + superannuation.
