What's the role?
You'll be supporting some of Australia's most impactful healthcare businesses helping them grow and thrive. Based in Barangaroo on Gadigal Country this full‐time role is all about building strong relationships and delivering smart, tailored financial solutions. You'll be part of a team that values deep industry knowledge, fresh thinking, and genuine care.
What do I need?
* Strong commercial lending experience, including complex deal structuring
* Advanced credit skills—cashflow lending, balance sheet analysis, and risk assessment
* Proven ability to build and grow client relationships, with a focus on business development
* A well‐established network of referral sources and the confidence to expand it
* Experience in the healthcare sector is a plus, but not essential—your expertise and mindset matter most
