Our newly appointed Branch Manager is looking for an experienced Internal Sales/Supervisor to assist in overseeing the day to day operations of our Toowoomba Branch.
A little bit about the role:
* Supervision of daily branch activities & staff
* Attend to counter, telephone and online orders and enquiries
* Follow up customer quotes
* Assist in converting customer quotes to sales
* Process customer orders including sourcing, packing and despatch
* You'll have the full support of your team and the opportunity to constantly develop your skills and knowledge

* You've got proven customer service experience, ideally in the industrial retail sector
* You've got a strong mechanical aptitude
* You're great at multitasking and prioritising
