About This Role
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Youth Worker. As a key member of our residential care team, you will play a vital role in providing support and guidance to young people aged 12-17.
Your daily tasks may include building positive relationships with young people, transporting them to school and appointments, and assisting with activities and mealtimes. You will also be responsible for following routines developed specifically for each young person's needs and implementing programs designed for their growth and development.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of individuals and contribute to a supportive and inclusive team environment.
