About the Role:
This position involves completing emergency and other repairs to trade/industry standard or overseeing emergency repairs across a P-10 School. The successful applicant will be required to maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintain the school buildings and grounds in a clean and tidy condition with regard to the safety and security hazards.
* Complete emergency and other repairs to trade/industry standard.
* Oversee emergency repairs across a P-10 School.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities.
* Provide timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:
* A current registration issued under the Working with Vulnerable People (Background Checking) Act 2011.
* An asbestos awareness card or willingness to obtain one.
* Mandatory training in WHS procedures.
* Mandatory Crystalline Silica Exposure training.
* A pre-employment medical clearance.
