Reef Plumbing is seeking an experienced Plumber Supervisor and Plumber to join our team in Broome, Western Australia. This full‐time or short‐term position applicant will be responsible for overseeing and carrying out new plumbing work for residential and commercial projects in the local area.
What you'll be doing
* Supervise and coordinate a team of plumbers to ensure all work is completed to a high standard and within agreed timelines
* Perform a range of plumbing and drainage installations, maintenance and repair tasks
* Liaise with clients to understand their requirements and provide expert advice
* Monitor and report on the progress of projects
* Ensure all work is carried out in compliance with relevant building codes and regulations
* Mentor and train junior plumbers
* Maintain a safe and organised work environment
What we're looking for
* Fully qualified plumber with a minimum of 5 years' experience
* Proven experience in a supervisory role, leading and motivating a team
* Strong problem‐solving and customer service skills
* Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality work
* Understanding of relevant building codes and plumbing regulations
* A current driver's licence and access to reliable transportation
