About the Role
* Installation, servicing and maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning systems
* Diagnosing and repairing faults
* Working with a variety of tools and equipment
* Reading and interpreting plans and specifications
* Maintaining a safe and clean work environment
* Learning from experienced technicians and developing valuable trade skills
What We're Looking For
* Genuine interest in the refrigeration and air conditioning industry
* Strong work ethic with eagerness to learn and develop new skills
* Passion, motivation and a positive attitude
* Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
* Reliable and committed to completing a four‐year apprenticeship
* Physically fit and capable of performing hands‐on work
Essential Requirements
* Current Driver's Licence
* Ability and willingness to travel to Perth for TAFE block training
* Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
* Strong commitment to workplace safety
* Excellent attendance and reliability
