What We Are Looking For
- Proven experience as an HR Advisor or HR Generalist in a medium‑to‑large organisation
- Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation and enterprise agreements
- Capability in managing ER/IR matters, performance, investigations, and recruitment
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills across all levels
- Resilience, adaptability, and a cooperative approach
