We need a Marketing Campaigns Coordinator to sit at the centre of everything. This role is the engine room of our marketing team: the one who connects creative, digital, CRM, production and warehouse, and makes sure every campaign lands on time, on brand and with purpose.
What you'll own:
* Campaign coordination, end to end. Seasonal launches, sale events, new arrivals and always-on activity. You'll build and run the master marketing calendar, manage timelines and deliverables in Asana, write the briefs, run the status meetings and keep every moving piece accountable.
* Organic social, day to day. You'll schedule and publish content across Instagram and TikTok, lead community management and track performance so we're always learning and improving.
* Cross-functional coordination. You'll be the central point of contact between marketing, production, warehouse and our agency partners. Nothing moves without you knowing about it.
* Digital and ecommerce support. Shopify updates, Klaviyo scheduling, paid media alignment, UTM tracking and GA4 reporting. You won't own these channels outright, but you'll make sure campaigns are connected across all of them.
* Marketing operations. Asset management, budget tracking, sample coordination, competitor research. The work that keeps the team sharp and organised.
What you bring:
3 to 5 years in a marketing coordinator or campaign coordinator role, ideally in ecommerce within fashion, beauty, activewear or consumer products. You're the kind of person who runs towards complexity, not away from it. You manage competing priorities without dropping the ball. You communicate clearly, brief with precision and hold yourself (and others) to a high standard.
You know your way around Asana, Shopify, Klaviyo, GA4, Meta, Canva and Planoly (or similar). Bonus points if you've worked with Figma, briefed creative agencies, or used AI tools like Claude to work smarter.
Above all, you're proactive. You don't wait to be told what's next. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
