Maintenance and Grounds Person | Independent School – Full Time Position | South of Perth
Frontline Education WA is partnering with a well established independent school located south of Perth to recruit a dedicated Maintenance and Grounds Person to join their facilities team.

As part of the wider staff community, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth running and presentation of the campus, ensuring all students and staff have access to high quality facilities and outdoor spaces.
Responsibilities
* Maintaining lawns, gardens, turf and outdoor areas to a high standard
* Carrying out general maintenance and minor repairs across buildings and facilities
* Assisting with general site duties as required
* Ensuring all work is completed safely, particularly when using tools and equipment
* Responding to maintenance requests and prioritising tasks as needed
* Working collaboratively with staff to support the needs of the school community
Qualifications
* Demonstrated experience in grounds, maintenance or facilities roles, ideally within a school or similar environment
* Strong practical skills across general maintenance, gardening and repairs
* Good understanding of workplace health and safety practices
* Ability to work independently and take initiative in daily tasks
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team
* Reliable, organised and committed to maintaining high presentation standards
* Current Working With Children Check or willingness to obtain
* Full Australian working rights and valid driver's licence
