YOUR ROLE
As a Senior Security Consultant (SOC Modernisation Consulting), you’ll lead the delivery of SOC modernisation and transformation programs helping clients build and optimise modern, high‑performing Security Operations Centres.
You’ll:
* Advise customers on SOC transformation strategy and implementation.
* Configure and optimise SIEM solutions to enable advanced threat detection and data visibility.
* Collaborate with Thales consultants, partners, and client stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery within scope, time, and budget.
* Partner with executives to design tailored, effective security solutions.
* Maintain and grow certifications across Google SecOps, Splunk, and Microsoft Sentinel.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING
* Proven experience with Splunk ES, Microsoft Sentinel, or Google SecOps.
* Strong background in security use case developmentand DevOps practices.
* Working knowledge of public cloud platforms(AWS, Azure, or GCP)
* Scripting or programming experience, ideal
* Data engineering or analytics background
* Knowledge of containerisation (e.g. Kubernetes)
* Relevant security certifications(e.g. CISSP)
