Job Description
* Design and implement traffic management plans and strategies.
* Conduct traffic and transport analysis to support project development.
* Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
* Provide technical guidance and expertise in traffic engineering.
* Prepare and present detailed reports and documentation.
* Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of traffic solutions.
* Ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes and methodologies within the engineering team.>
* Build out your own QLD based team, and remit.
A Successful Senior Traffic Engineer Should Have
* A degree in Civil or Traffic Engineering or a related field.
* RPEQ certified.
* 3-5 years local experience in traffic management and engineering design.
* Proficiency in traffic modelling and analysis software.
* Thorough understanding of Australian traffic regulations and standards.
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
* A proactive approach to problem-solving and project delivery.
* Applicants MUST be based in SouthEast Queensland, with a strong local network.
