About the Role
As our new Application Systems Delivery Lead you'll be part of our Member Servicing Platforms team. You'll coordinate the execution of the delivery of systems and platforms enhancements and/or upgrades across the member servicing suite of supported solutions.
Responsibilities
* Partner with project managers, business analysts, change managers, business owners, and Technology teams (management, architects, engineers, governance) to understand and forecast demand.
* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, supporting them to identify and prioritise system improvement opportunities.
* Lead planning and demand management for the Member Servicing Platforms (MSP) business unit, promoting a transparent, high-performing, collaborative culture.
* Work closely with Technology governance to ensure demand is clearly defined and resource needs are identified.
* Support MSP leadership to deliver initiatives and meet key project milestones.
* Manage vendor and third-party performance in line with contracts/SOWs, ensuring strong partnerships and outcomes.
* Assist the GM MSP with strategy development, business cases, ExCo/Board reporting, and audit requirements.
What We're Looking For
We're looking for a proactive and collaborative professional who can partner with business and Technology teams to manage demand and drive delivery outcomes. You'll build strong stakeholder relationships, identify improvement opportunities, and ensure initiatives are delivered on time. With a strategic mindset, you'll also support planning, governance, vendor management, and senior leadership reporting.
Qualifications
* Extensive experience across the full Software Development LifeCycle (SDLC), with a proven experienceusing a range of methodologies including Agile, DevOps, and traditional waterfall.
* Extensive experienceidentifyingand overseeing delivery of change working closely with business stakeholders and technology teams.
* Demonstrated delivery governance, quality assurance and risk management experience within regulated financial services or comparable environments.
* Strong understanding of Azure cloud services, cloud-native architecturepatternsand modern engineering practices (DevOps,CI/CD automation, observability).
* Experience leadingdevelopment and supportacrosslegacy and modern application platforms, with strong knowledge of ITIL-aligned incident, problem and change management.
* Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
