Join a high-performing Property Management Accounting team and take ownership of a diverse commercial portfolio. You'll deliver accurate financial reporting, partner with stakeholders, and play a key role in portfolio performance and client outcomes.
The Opportunity
As a Senior Property Accountant, you will be responsible for end-to-end financial management of a diverse portfolio, delivering accurate reporting and actionable insights.
Key responsibilities include:
* Prepare monthly management accounts including P&L, balance sheet, and variance analysis
* Manage outgoings reconciliations, budgets, and year-end wash-ups
* Process journals and ensure financial accuracy across assigned assets
* Partner with clients, property managers, and internal stakeholders
* Support audits, compliance, and reporting governance
* Contribute to system improvements and new asset transitions
* Provide analytical support to senior leadership on portfolio performance
About You
* Degree in Accounting, Finance or related discipline
* CPA/CA qualified or working towards
* Experience in property accounting (commercial preferred)
* Exposure to MRI or Yardi systems highly regarded
* Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills
* Detail-focused with the ability to manage multiple assets and deadlines
