We are seeking a skilled food and beverage professional to provide exceptional customer service in our dining areas.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere, presenting menus and wine lists, and communicating daily specials to guests.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome guests warmly and present menus and wine lists in a friendly and efficient manner.
* Support the smooth operation of our dining areas by upholding high standards of customer service and working collaboratively with kitchen and bar staff.
* Take orders clearly and relay them promptly to the kitchen and bar team.
* Recommend wine selections or beverages to enhance the guest experience.
* Pour beverages responsibly and maintain adherence to drink service standards.
* Liaise with kitchen and bar staff, management, to ensure seamless service during peak periods.
* Prepare dining areas by polishing glassware, arranging cutlery and napery, and ensuring that all areas are well-maintained and clean.
* Serve food and beverages promptly and courteously, attending to the needs of all guests.
* Process payments accurately and manage guest queries in a professional and courteous manner.
* Clear used plates, bottles, and glassware in a timely and efficient manner.
