Senior Case Manager – Workers' Compensation
DXC is seeking an experienced Senior Case Manager to oversee all aspects of workers' compensation claims for injured workers within a self‐insured framework. The role involves coordinating medical care, facilitating return‐to‐work programs, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. The Senior Case Manager will collaborate with medical providers, employees, and management to promote a safe and efficient work environment.
What You Will Be Doing
• Manage a portfolio of workers' compensation claims, ensuring accurate, timely handling and resolution;
• Coordinate medical care plans and facilitate return‐to‐work initiatives;
• Ensure compliance with relevant statutes, regulations, and internal policies;
• Communicate status and updates to employees, medical providers, and management;
• Identify opportunities to improve claims processing, reduce costs, and enhance employee experience.
Education
* Bachelor's degree in human resources, business administration, nursing, or related field is desirable.
Experience
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in workers' compensation case management, preferably in a self‐insured environment.
Skills
* Strong knowledge of workers' compensation laws and regulations.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritise effectively.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

* Analytical skill – assess complex information and make informed decisions.
* Attention to detail – strong organisational skills with a focus on accuracy.
* Problem‐solving – identify issues and implement effective solutions in a timely manner.
