**Product Support Analyst**
**Sydney - Hybrid Working**
**$600-650 p/day ex GST (inc Super)**
**The Role**:
Our client is a well-known Australian travel brand that is committed to delivering the best possible experiences to its customers. They are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Support Analyst to join their team on a contract basis helping to improve the pricing, inventory and commercial domain.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Leverage your 3+ years of experience as a business/support analyst in the travel industry to drive impactful initiatives in pricing, inventory, or commercial domains.
- Demonstrate your passion for agile ways of working, drawing from 1+ years of experience.
- Showcase your proven ability to meet goals and deadlines.
- Interpret and summarise business requirements while adapting to changes in the business environment for effective user story creation and technical evaluation.
- Investigate, track, and resolve technical product and software issues, managing defects, and providing comprehensive solution documentation.
- Utilise collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence to efficiently document and manage stories and other relevant materials.
- Form and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders to ensure successful collaboration and project outcomes.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Has a comprehensive understanding of Digital, Applications, Infrastructure, Mobile, Revenue Management, and Pricing.
- Use appropriate escalation processes; highlight issues and areas of risk, contributing inputs to improve procedures.
- Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
