Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer to join a high‐performing digital delivery team responsible for developing and enhancing critical business applications and digital services in an Agile environment. The position supports business‐critical projects, system enhancements and ongoing platform improvements, and offers opportunity to work on modern cloud‐based solutions, API integrations and enterprise‐scale applications.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop high‐quality, scalable, and maintainable software solutions.
* Build and support modern web applications and APIs.
* Participate in technical design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
* Collaborate with developers, business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver business outcomes.
* Contribute to technical documentation and solution design artefacts.
* Support release management, troubleshooting and continuous improvement initiatives.
* Ensure adherence to development standards, security requirements and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
* Strong experience as a Full Stack Developer within enterprise environments.
* Proven experience with .NET development (.NET 7+ preferred).
* Experience building and maintaining RESTful APIs and service integrations.
* Strong SQL Server development skills.
* Experience with Angular (Angular 15+ preferred) or similar modern front‐end frameworks.
* Experience working with Azure cloud services, including Azure Functions and other PaaS offerings.
* Knowledge of API design, authentication, security and integration patterns.
* Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines and Infrastructure as Code.
* Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and software development best practices.
* Excellent problem‐solving, communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Desirable Skills
* Experience delivering cloud‐native or digital transformation projects.
* Experience working in government or highly regulated environments.
* Relevant certifications in Microsoft Azure, Agile or related technologies.
* Experience with DevOps, Confluence and release management tools.
